Command Line Game Framework (CLGF) Released!

Hello everyone!

Today is a short but a little bit of a special blog post. In my last project I created a simple clone of the classic arcade game, Asteroids. In the project’s GitHub page I expressed that I wanted to create a fully fleshed out version of the mini framework I ended up creating for the project. Well, that goal has been realized! I’ve publicly released the project, which I’ve named Command Line Game Framework (CLGF for short), to the public! It’s cross platform and should work on any machine.

Now let me be clear: I don’t really think anyone will use it. I developed it as a personal library so I could dabble with game dev concepts without having to learn an entire new tool like Unity or Godot. However, on the off chance someone would like it or find it useful, I’ve made it available! If you use it and find any bugs, please reach out and let me know! Have fun :)
